Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Since we operate on cash-on-delivery, refunds are issued through the same method, either in cash during product pickup or as agreed with our support team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund depending on availability.
